By accessing or using Burning Bridges AI Video ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

The Service turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated video. Video generations are paid for with video credits: one credit grants one generation. Credits are purchased as one-time packages and do not expire.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will:

• Upload only photos of yourself, or photos of people who have explicitly agreed to have their likeness used.
• Use generated videos lawfully and in line with the rights of the people depicted.

You agree that you will not:

• Upload photos of anyone without their consent, or photos you have no right to use.
• Create content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or deceptive impersonation ("deepfakes") intended to mislead.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the Service or its payment system.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund for abusive use.

Credits, Payments, and Refunds

• Each generation uses one credit. Current packages and prices are shown on the pricing section of the site.
• Payments are processed by Stripe as one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• If a generation fails or is cancelled, the credit is automatically returned to your account.
• Refunds for purchased credits are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us only the rights needed to process them into videos for you.
• Generated videos are delivered to you for your personal or commercial use. We do not claim ownership of your content.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for the photos you upload.

AI Content Disclaimer

Videos are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided "as is". Output may be imperfect or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or sharing it, and for how you use it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@drakeburningvideoai.com. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Please contact us to confirm the applicable jurisdiction before relying on this section.

Changes to These Terms
